Leandro Gin\u00f3bili era el presidente de la entidad en ese momento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leandro,\u00a0<strong>hermano del basquetbolista Emanuel Gin\u00f3bili<\/strong>, fue imputado en la causa que la Justicia lleva adelante por\u00a0<strong>el\u00a0derrumbe ocurrido en un club durante el temporal<\/strong>\u00a0que afect\u00f3 a\u00a0<strong>Bah\u00eda Blanca<\/strong>\u00a0en 2023,\u00a0incidente que caus\u00f3 la muerte de 13 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan supo&nbsp;TN, el fiscal Cristian Aguilar acusa a&nbsp;<strong>Leandro Gin\u00f3bili<\/strong>, por entonces presidente del&nbsp;<strong>club Bahiense del Norte<\/strong>, de<strong>&nbsp;\u201cestrago culposo\u201d<\/strong>.
